I am trying to sign up (register for the first time) on the Dollar app. No matter what I enter for User Name, it says Alert please enter a valid user name. Also, above sign up, I see " +962 797839210 " Is that normal? Thanks for any help

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dollar app issues:

Force Stop the Dollar App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dollar app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dollar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dollar App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dollar app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dollar.

Fix Dollar unable to contact server/ Dollar internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dollar » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dollar » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
