Today is my birthday and I am trying to go to Dennys for my Grand slam breakfast, however, my dennys app is not working and recogninzing my email address. However, when I check my emails and log in from my home computerit allows me in.

How to fix Denny's app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Denny's app on iPhone
Update Denny's app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Denny's iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Denny's on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Denny's network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Denny's Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Denny's not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Denny's App
1. On android, goto Settings » Denny's » click [Force Stop]

Update Denny's to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Denny's App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Denny's » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Denny's.

Fix Denny's unable to contact server/ Denny's internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Denny's » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Denny's » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
