Don’t waist your time or effort! I signed up while sitting in the restaurant. Every time I clicked rewards it sent me to Safari to login to the website. I would log in and it would go to the order page. I’d hit rewards again and it opened a new page for me to login again.
On the app, I clicked rewards history and 4 came up as expiring the day I signed up. We took that to the register when we were paying and they didn’t even know what to do with it. Needless to say we weren’t allowed to redeem anything. Staff kept asking if there was a barcode for them to scan. They had no idea how the app worked when we told them of the issues. They couldn’t even tell us where to go to attempt to find a barcode. We clicked everywhere and nothing was working.

Waste of time!!! Don't download!!! I'm sure they spent plenty of money updating this app, and it looks great with the new updates. Too bad it doesn't work. No matter which Dennys location I choose or what payment method I try I get a message at checkout that says they're "unable to take my order at this time". They've got this whole new rewards section that customers are unable to take advantage of as customers are unable to place orders on the app. They updated the app and took all the convenience of using it away. Don’t waste your time.

The look is nice, but the speed of loading everything is like using dial up, could almost imagine elevator music playing in my head. I live near 3 Dennys! I could pick and choose before, which one delivered to me, now it seems automatic. That auto feature removes my ability to get the menu items I wanted, because the 3 Dennys don’t carry the same items! Super slow, look ok, but when I first logged in I got a black screen of death. Overall, wish the old version was back.
