On the app, food that should be paid by my EBT card is being charged to my credit card.

My app isn’t showing my loyalty discounts, coupons or prices charged since I updated the app

My Safeway app hasn’t worked since last update. I just get a picture. I have removed it and reloaded it twice

App doesn't work. Mine my data but reneg on discounts & rewards promised. Like they broke a contract with 10's of thousands of people. There's a huge willful incompetence here coupled with a giant dose of "our customers can FOAD for all we care.

Most times when I am using the app while shopping, I don’t bet the coupons I clipped, or the digital deals I scan in the store. I didn’t get 4 of the ones clipped or scanned yesterday. I lost around $5.00 in savings.

Safeway ap has not worked for months... It does not call back

the safeway app has been impossible to log into for weeks. It generates a technical difficulty message and no access. The same message occurs for the Albertson app. Deleting and reinstalling doesn't work. Using a computer rather than an iPhone doesn't work. deleting the cache and reinstalling doesn't work. The phone number associated with the app is 4064940966 Your attention to this is appreciated.

For numerous weeks when I click on ‘my offers’ it crashes. It does this on my phone and iPad.

When i click my offers in the app, the app crashes. I cant access my offers…

I have tried numerous times to link my bank to your new U pay service. I have called customer service, payments services and anyone else I can get a hold of. No one can help me. I get as far as entering my club account number and it just goes back to the beginning. I cannot enter my bank account info or pin. I've been told they will sent it to IT and they will call me but they don't. I am so frustrated. No one can help me. Bring back Fast Forward - at least it worked!!!!

My orders are not showing up on my app for rewards. I only by in-store.

Extremely frustrated! Since April I have not been able to use the Safeway App. I get all the way to check out and I get a processing error. I have called the ‘service’ number that appears with the error. They have been zero help. I pay monthly for this service (fresh pass). I then have to use Instacart and pay not only the inflated item prices but the fees for delivery as well. This is not ok. Shame on you Safeway!

When I search for an item and try to select it the app crashes. Please fix the app. And make it so one does not need to check stuff into a basket to activate it. Selecting stuff twice is very obnoxious.

app keeps closing when I click on an item after I search for it. Useless app. Used to work well. The old one that you don't support anymore. Way to lose shoppers. More trouble than it's worth.

Since loading (original app worked fine), I keep getting " cannot connect to servers". Now Safeway app is useless
