App takes FOREVER to load. Takes at least 5 minutes to finish initializing and be able to navigate anywhere in the app. At times it just flat out doesn't work and frequently displays a blank white screen which requires closing then reopening the app, causing the initialization process to start all over again. Extreme couponing is a thing of the past, but the insights on opportunities to stack in-store sales with store/manufacturers coupons is very helpful... If you shop IN STORE. And I have yet to click on an advertised Amazon deal and have the actual price be as low as advertised in the KCL app. There are many pages in the app that I've never been able to navigate to successfully, but after years of loyalty to KLC, if anything gets me to cut ties and uninstall the app is the increasing length of time the app initially takes to load. It's infuriating when trying to view deals when your actually at the store location and have a limited amount of time to complete your shopping.
Doesn’t work white screens every time that I start it up. It’s a pretty worthless app as is.
I love your app but when I click on a deal for the details, I get a white screen. I was hard rebooting my phone to fix it but it goes to white screen after the reboot too. Thank you for your help.
I can’t search for anything in the search bar. The little icon just keeps circling like it’s buffering.
I am sorry unable to open the app, and I cannot connect to the website. This has been going on for at least a month every time I try it. I have missed out on so many deals, are you going to be able to fix the issue?
App crashes. Cannot use
When I click on text it goes to your site but keep getting this message “things got a little Krazy on our end check back soon “
The app crashes within seconds of viewing deals received via text message.
I am just see pictures and the word deals. I use to see the picture and what the deal was I want that back
