- May combine contacts that are not actually duplicates

- Does not keep all fields when merging duplicates, including the important Notes section

- Requires signing up for a free account to backup contacts to Dropbox, which may result in receiving junk emails

- Manipulative language when turning off automatic contact backup feature

- Difficult to navigate back to the same place in the directory when viewing a contact

I have been trying to get in touch with clean pro for days. I have sent probably 40 emails. Nobody contacts me back. The program deleted all my contacts and I need to get them back Thank you, Barbara
