Hello .. I purchased a lifetime subscription to the smart cleaner app on the App Store in Jan 24,2023 for $19.99… this app worked for a short time but now it is telling me I have no subscription .. pls refund my money asap to my PayPal acccount !
I found after cleaning they lost at least 3000 of our family photos held since 1916. We are heartbroken, not to have our baby photos, our house, gardens grandparents,dogs, vacations, waterskiing, skiing, Christmas trees, dinners,gifts, new cars , birthdays, Easter parties, travel to Europe, a full life of highlights. They said, don’t worry we can get them back for you All they did was pass us off to tech “experts” in Canada. They start charing $1 and then the next person $5 - and $26 to join their “club” etc etc and then it’s “ we are sorry, we can’t get them back”. They should all be shut down. Crooks. Only call Apple !!!!!!!! To do it safely.
