How to fix InstaClean app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InstaClean app on iPhone
Update InstaClean app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InstaClean iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InstaClean on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InstaClean network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InstaClean Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InstaClean not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InstaClean App
1. On android, goto Settings » InstaClean » click [Force Stop]

Update InstaClean to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InstaClean App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InstaClean » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InstaClean.

Fix InstaClean unable to contact server/ InstaClean internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InstaClean » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InstaClean » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InstaClean
