- Dashboard is more oriented to advertising Lufthansa flights and services than about getting an overview of one’s account
- Not possible to request to mileage credit for past travel on Lufthansa or Star Alliance partners
- Mileage calculator doesn't work unless you tell it exactly what day you’re flying, how much you paid, put in your ticket number, etc.
- Keeps asking to 'sign up' or register, even though user is logged in and it has all their information

it needs Chrome browser to work, i had the same issue with other apps that need web login in the past.
yes impossible to log in, reset function doesn't work as it immediately says link is expired. Customer services on phone is a waste of time and money as they don't have a clue. The issue started with me 7 days ago and still not working. Unfortunately the CS team are not aware when it started but some how their script says they will resolve within 24 hours and you can retry and if still no luck repeat the process until you get bored and pick another airline.
impossible to login to Miles and More
Cannot login into the miles and more account on the app and website.
When attempting to login (by pressing “login”), the app never asks for login information. It basically stalls and never continues.
For milage credit I installed the Miles & More app (just for information: I do have the Lufthansa app already installed). But when I launch it, clicking on LOGIN does not work at all. I uninstalled it. Rebooted. Uninstalled. Rebooted again. Installed it again, but none of these measures took effect. Hence, I cannot use the app. My mobile is a Huawei P10 lite with Android Version 8.0.0.
