How to fix FreeRoam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FreeRoam app on iPhone
Update FreeRoam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FreeRoam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FreeRoam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FreeRoam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix FreeRoam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FreeRoam app issues:

Force Stop the FreeRoam App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FreeRoam app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FreeRoam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FreeRoam App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FreeRoam app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FreeRoam.

Fix FreeRoam unable to contact server/ FreeRoam internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FreeRoam » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FreeRoam » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FreeRoam on android.
