I use MilesMore in order to calculate mileage for future flights, since MnM discontinued the web-based lookup tool that was just a click away when booking flights via a PC-based web browser.
A tip: When entering the flight details, it does not appear to be necessary to put in the correct flight number for many queries; any input seems to do the job. Not sure why the date input is needed - both of these should probably default to some random date in the future or buried in some expert level section. In short, too many inputs are required to do the most common queries, when only uncommon queries should require more inputs.
I just wish LH would build this tool right into the booking process. Maybe I am the exception, but I use it to justify purchasing a higher booking class ticket to keep or achieve frequent flier status.

I don’t understand how people give MilesMore a positive rating. I’ve had a lot of difficulty logging in, prompted to reset my password multiple times, not because of user error but because MilesMore seems to arbitrarily reset and doesn’t register entries. Also, MilesMore itself has puzzling limitations in functionality. The landing dashboard is more oriented to advertising Lufthansa flights and services than about getting an overview of one’s account. There are other frustrating limitations. For example, it’s apparently not possible to request to mileage credit for past travel on Lufthansa or Star Alliance partners. This makes it feel more like Lufthansa etc are trying to create barriers for loyal customers to accrue and manage miles, rather than facilitating and encouraging them.

Regardless of the type of connection you are using (Wifi or mobile network), MilesMore stalls during the login process with touch-ID signin and starts spamming „login failed... connection to our server failed“ in a deadlock. Tried on miltiple days and during different periods of the day. Issue came up just recently in the past 1-2 weeks.

Not able to enter MilesMore , so it‘s useless.

Literally no value added to MilesMore. It’s even more useless and user unfriendly than the Miles & More website, if that’s even possible. The mileage calculator doesn’t work unless you tell it exactly what day you’re flying, how much you paid, put in your ticket number, etc. and even then it returns a ‘system error’. So no more planning trips based on potential mileage. MilesMore also keeps asking me to ‘sign up’ or register, even though I’m logged in and it has all my information. The ‘spend miles’ segment just takes you to the website and existing bookings (for upgrades) are nowhere to be found. Rubbish.

This is a fine app. Very easy to use and quick to find everything you need. Love the new mileage pool tool - excellent idea and well implemented in MilesMore. One of the only apps available that also awards you for downloading it! Overall a great job done by developers and a happy user as a result! Thanks Miles and More!

It takes a while until
your miles are updated but still loving MilesMore

I even had to make a whole new email to create a whole new account just to log in. Won’t even allow me to complete registration with the link they emailed me. I have never in my life seen a more worthless app and set up of a supposed major airline. They want my money but won’t allow me to even create a new account when they deny me to log in with an old account.

MilesMore is super glitchy, crashes, gives error messages, just doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, like booking an award flight. Even entering the date is a joke, you click the date on the calendar, then the website Tesla’s you “wrong date format”, so you have to fing out what the correct format is and enter it manually. Not that it finds your flight then, it still doesn’t... Good luck with this!

MilesMore doesn’t really meet customers need- making it easy to find, book, modify or cancel flights.
Instead the functionality is all over the place, modifications and cancellation is via call center.
The product team should really rethink the purpose and functionality of MilesMore.

MilesMore is a wrapper around many advertisements for a non-generous miles program. Making it a requirement to calculate miles is pretty annoying and a sign of how complicated the mileage computation has become.

Please add a way to calculate miles fast without filling in form after form.

And what does it help me that Lena won the Eurovision song contest ? (Top 1 news item in MilesMore 2018)

MilesMore is mehh..could be better. A bit retro and limited user friendliness. What’s worse is the miles & more PROGRAM! Zero benefits, fights are expensive anyway, no real discounts on cars and hotels, and the customer service number is incorrect (and seems expensive). Overall TERRIBLE. Will leave the program - there are better ones out there.

Many times trying to login but failed.

Being a Delta and American loyalty member I can easily say this program is by far the worst I have experienced. The date format wont allow me to use my award flights, the european taxes and fees makes your miles worth NOTHING AT ALL. Avoid this program because there are much better ones available.

Prior to the new update, requesting miles was an accessible feature, but since the new improved design, it was deleted! Now I have to send an email to customer service for mileage request ?

How is that an improvement, Master designer ?

I used to be able to log into my account, check balances, book a flight see deals. It was great. Now I can’t log in, can’t get to support can’t do anything. Useless. Don’t waste your time. Perhaps a phone call is what they are going for?

I would give MilesMore a better evaluation, but the annoyance of having to enter my password each time I use it makes MilesMore not particularly useful.

I don’t understand the purpose of an app that freezes before it lets me sign in to use it. I’ve tried to install/uninstall it several times, waited hours for it to unfreeze. Nothing works. Useless.

When I get to the final page of registration it gives a message of error: “create account failed. Please try again later.” I’ve been trying for days and I always receive the same message.

Useful app. Would be better if you could choose more cities in the Goals section (options are very limited). Also - it won’t let me add to Apple Wallet.

Please add “find”/“search” functionality as well

Does what it’s supposed to do and a bit more. Like the feature to save miles for goals.
Two new features I would really like to see coming:
- integrate the Miles & More Credit Cards properly (balances, transactions, etc.)
- Family and Friend Sharing. Add family or friends to earn and save miles together for trips.
