The voice speaks very very fast. Maybe 5x. How do I get a normal spoken voice?

When stating CoPilot, the message 'Location services are currently turned off or insufficient permissions. Please enable Location Services in general settings' The phone has location services turned on and the app has permission. Why would it still be saying this?

Even after rebooting samsung a10. T only screen that loads is update map creen. Ca get to any other screen. I've used app for over 15 years. Proven started July 20 2022
