After download Jakdojaker to my iPhone 14 Plus with iOS 17.5.1, it gave me security alert and said my use is blocked. The following was the error page. Why have I been blocked? This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data. What can I do to resolve this? Every time I try to buy a ticket (any ticket) it says that the ticket is not available for purchasing at this time. I have enough funds in my account and enough signal. I don't understand why this is happening, it is very frustrating.

Close and restart the Jakdojade app on iPhone
Update Jakdojade app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jakdojade iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jakdojade on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jakdojade network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Jakdojade not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jakdojade App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jakdojade » click [Force Stop]

Update Jakdojade to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jakdojade App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jakdojade » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jakdojade.

Fix Jakdojade unable to contact server/ Jakdojade internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jakdojade » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jakdojade » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
