App used to be great but now my active tickets won't show after buying them. I still get an email confirming the purchase but it doesn't allow me to view the tickets. Almost got a fine because of this issue.

I use this sometimes to follow the route of a bus, but because the bus schedules are completely wrong, it’s no help at all in planning a trip! So disappointing. I don’t know if some routes changed their schedules and Jakdojade just didn’t update the times, but it needs to be fixed.

The service was down and I couldn't buy any ticket. Also they try to steal money from you by forcing to constantly"top up" your account. Try moBILET instead as it's much better design and less bugs than Jakdojade.

Received a fine of 122 zloty for not being entitled to a reduced ticket. The creators of this application have not done a proper job of informing who is eligible and who is not for a reduced ticket. I am a student and have a student card, yet received a fine for not being enrolled in a Polish university or having an ISIC card.

Terrible service! I was refilling my wallet, they took money from bank account but it wasn’t showing on Jakdojade 🤯. And I cannot contact the service manager… I hate situations like this

Wyszukiwanie połączeń działa świetnie, ale jest bezużyteczne jeśli nie da się zobaczyć wyników. Reklama na pół ekranu, której nie ma jak się pozbyć!

Jakdojade has no better substitutes in Poland (that doesn’t mean it’s perfect, though). Can’t trust it totally, yesterday missed a bus from the airport in krakow because Jakdojade said it will depart four minutes after its actual, real schedule. Pretty frustrating when it makes you wait for an hour for the next one. Making you display ads when you need Jakdojade ASAP is also a bit irritating (I don’t recall having to do that on Android).

How to turn it off?!

Stayed in Krakow for 2 months, I used it daily with out a problem.
A real lifesaver especially for foreigners
