Good day, I am here to lay a complete that I was automatically logged out from my Jakdojade app today , in which on the app I have a full monthly ticket and when I logged in again it was all gone , making me waste another money on another monthly ticket which is not nice. You all can do better. Thank you
Tickets don't show

App used to be great but now my active tickets won't show after buying them. I still get an email confirming the purchase but it doesn't allow me to view the tickets. Almost got a fine because of this issue.
Completely wrong schedules

I use this sometimes to follow the route of a bus, but because the bus schedules are completely wrong, it’s no help at all in planning a trip! So disappointing. I don’t know if some routes changed their schedules and the app just didn’t update the times, but it needs to be fixed.

The service was down and I couldn't buy any ticket. Also they try to steal money from you by forcing to constantly"top up" your account. Try moBILET instead as it's much better design and less bugs than this app.
