The app never works it really is a problem every time we go and it seems fridays customers are very disappointed with not being able to get rewards.

I have been trying to log into my account for weeks and it keeps saying it’s invalid. When I ask for a new password no email ever gets sent .
I looked at my rewards on the app while sitting in the car. As soon as I walked in the door of Fridays, my app started buffering and wouldn't work. My friend's did the same thing. Is this a setup? I cant scan my receipts at home,it keeps saying"oops you cant scan for 4 hours even though its the next day!
