The app will not import service records.
Just started a new iPhone and have no data on 3 cars … No way to know what is needed for service .. been with Firestone over 20 years .. please give me directions on how to sync that data Thank you Larry Clark 843-267-7905
My Firestone app hasn’t updated since Dec 2021 and no services show up since.
I had my Landrover serviced but used my wife's number. The app won't let me import the service record from 12/18/22 using phone number 954-294-0537.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment on the app, which I have done many times with no problems but today when I showed up the store had no record of it and was also booked up so I have to go back in a couple of days. The biggest issue is that I live 30 minutes from the store. I had other errands today so that was ok but now I have to make a second trip this week
When i try to link my credit card it tells me there are connection issues, on 3 phones so far. It says it may be a connection issue on their end.
