Tire inventory on selected store was correct at least for the tires I wanted. Would not accept the 9 digit credit card number even though it was correct with zero balance. Schedule said an 8:00 am appointment was available. I called the store because I couldn’t pay ahead the “out the door price” on MyFirestone . The manager informed me that he actually had no open appointments until the next week, but he asked which tires I wanted and invited me to bring it by the next day with the understanding that it might take a while to work my truck in. I arrived at 7:00 am, walked to a local restaurant, and an hour and a half later I got a call saying my truck was ready. The tire info on MyFirestone was available on the website. Store A+ App F

The scheduling system on MyFirestone is not compatible with the scheduling system at the local stores. For example, MyFirestone will tell you you can schedule for 11 o’clock the next day the store will call you the following morning and say “we don’t have that available.” Also, the hours of operation for my local store are inaccurate on MyFirestone . The nice people at the store even went so far as to ask me to call ahead and not to use MyFirestone to schedule because it has no idea what their schedule looks like. The systems in the stores need to be able to communicate with MyFirestone and vice versa. If a time is not available at my local store that I’ve selected, it should not allow me to schedule for that time.

Advertised functionality that doesn’t work at all. Made an appointment on MyFirestone and show up at the store only to find out they have to be “approved” first. Still haven’t gotten a rejection email for the appt I booked online if that’s the process. MyFirestone listed a few next day appts when I looked the night before but came in at 11 to find out they were all gone. The soonest time slot was 3 days away. If you can’t actually make an appt on MyFirestone it shouldn’t be an option. The service associate was not helpful at all suggesting I Google another store’s number to see if I can get in there. Terrible service all around.

Firestone store told me they emailed me the receipt which for other places is not a problem- little did I know I’d have to create an account to get the receipt. The process included creating from scratch each car by year, make, model, body type, and current miles. All fields are mandatory. Then, a record search by phone number or store number, where you must verify if the records are correct for that vehicle. This process is for each car you put through Firestone. I stopped after the first car since the receipt I was looking for was not there. I will require a paper copy going forward.

Bill is an outstanding customer service professional. He answered all my questions, got my vehicle serviced very quickly & schedule my upcoming services appointment in advance to avoid any delayed when it’s due for services. He’s an example for other customer services to fallow, he definitely deserve a BONUS. Keep us the good work :).

Two issues. One is when setting up appointments under your own account the store location thinks you’re a new account when your arrive. Why can’t MyFirestone communicate to the store correctly showing your info and a preexisting customer?? Second for years I have been able add service history records by phone number or invoice & store number to my vehicles on account. Now I get an error and unable to add. Tried contacting Firestone help support and nobody knows what I’m taking about or saying this was never possible. Well it has been peop. What’s the issue??

MyFirestone makes it easy to schedule an appointment for my car. Great to get appointment scheduled without having to bother the shop. Easy service options to select from and available time slots show up right away.

I have been using MyFirestone since about 2015. I use it to keep track of the maintenance I do on my vehicles or when they’re serviced at a garage. I like the cloud back up option being available so I don’t lose my records. I would recommend anyone who wants to keep a record of their car maintenance to download MyFirestone.

I have been using Firestone to maintain my 5 vehicles for 8 years in 3 different areas: Houston, Portland and Oklahoma City. With a few exceptions, I like the quality and completeness of their service. Especially with keeping records of the maintenance of all my cars. It’s good to understand the history of your car for future reference.

I downloaded MyFirestone with the hopes of being able to see and manage my bill. I hate having to call every time I need something about my bill or having to tell someone at the service desk my address is wrong, they say they fixed it but only to find out the old address is still on there! We have had 4 addresses but the very old address is still there😡.
I hope y’all fix it where we can access everything from MyFirestone

Out of 5 cars I can only pull up records of 2 them, one of the cars has over 10 years of service at Firestone, and using the exactly screenshot from app I cannot pull up the service record by phone number store number and invoice for any of the 3 even when I restore on back up have tried iPad and iPhone for almost past year they don’t show up.

Seems like either they updated it or I just simply didn’t see it, but there Actually does seem to be a legit place to upload or pull via phone number service records.

It’s good to know that my technician/store will know all my concerns before I show up. MyFirestone helps connect all my data with every Firestone across the country, which is big because my partner and I travel often.

Very simple app. I like the fact it recommends services based on mileage and last visit. Doesn’t mean you have to agree to them but they’re pretty much spot on.

I have over two decades worth of vehicle history in Firestone between two states and was looking forward to trying out MyFirestone but unfortunately I cannot seem to figure out or get help with importing my historical records. App already has my phone number, which I’ve had for the same amount of time I’ve been a Firestone customer, but I guess MyFirestone just isn’t ready for prime time.

Downloaded MyFirestone to schedule my appointment for an oil change. Appointment was scheduled then waiting to be confirmed. Called the store after not receiving any word only to find out the available time on MyFirestone was not actually available. This is the second time this happened. Don’t trust or download MyFirestone if you actually plan on following through with appointments booked on MyFirestone .

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment on MyFirestone but when I have to choose a store no stores pop up. I know there’s about 3 stores around town and there’s nothing asking for allowing MyFirestone to use my location. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling MyFirestone but it still does the same thing.

Update: They gave access to link your Firestone Credit Card which is awesome. Still not sure how to view certain account history though such as past service.

I have been taking my car to Firestone for over 20 years. I have been to many car service repair shops across the country and Firestone is one of the best!

4-stars: Download your own service history! This is the most helpful feature, so I can recall which car and which axle has lifetime brakes, lifetime alignment, date & mileage of my last oil change, etc. Totally awesome.

Minus 1/2 star: I’d give 5 stars, except for the huge privacy issue if you don’t want other people to have your data. You can add anyone’s data to your app! Just search, download & view any phone number’s car & its service history.

Minus 1/2 star: Also I’d give 5 stars, except for no credit card access, and that’s completely bull. Firestone needs to fix this. I should be able to pay, manage and view my Firestone Credit card on MyFirestone, manage my cars, schedule my appointments and everything all in one place.

Used to be my go to app. It crashes so often on an iOS phone i have gotten so irritated I realized I had stopped going to firestone for almost a year because now I have to call, give them info over phone, ask questions, be confused, it won’t even hold my car data, I used to be able to see it and my repair history but not for a long time now. Epic pain in arse. PLEASE FIX MyFirestone, We have been family 4+ cars of a loyal customers. Of MyFirestone still either you would still have us as frequent customers without me having to be a jerk to get the fam to actually make a fricken appointment. Which then adds to my frustration and has me feeling Firestone avoidant.

Every time I make an appointment through MyFirestone , I’ll select a time but get a confirmation email stating an hour later. I took screenshots this time of the confirmation in MyFirestone and it showed the same time I chose, but the email confirmation shows an hour later. Please fix your time conversions. I have to call the store when I make the appointment to figure out what time my appointment is actually scheduled for, which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling through MyFirestone .

Have been using MyFirestone for some time and really liked being able to store my vehicle service records history. That went away with this latest update. I spent 40 minutes manually entering service information from other service centers I have used in the past just to have all that information erased in a single update. I do not need an app to remind me of my service needs, I need an app that allows me to store & review my vehicle service history. At present MyFirestone is totally useless and is wasting space on my phone.

MyFirestone was great in the beginning. I was getting in the habit of keeping track of how much gas I was burning at each fill up. You were able to log in your gas mileage and keep track of your service records. After the latest update that was gone. We can go to the website and get coupons along with finding out what the service maintenance required for the mileage. Will be deleting MyFirestone .

Tried using MyFirestone to view past service records, however I keep getting an error message when trying to add my vehicle, something like “network issues accessing your vehicle information, please try again later” which persisted for several weeks. The online chat rep suggested I reinstall MyFirestone which didn’t work, then said I should just go to a service location to get my records (which is where I originally went, and they said I could do it through MyFirestone ). Waste of my time.

I Scheduled two appointments with MyFirestone . When I showed up for my appointment time the first time they didn’t have the appointment for me and couldn’t take care of my car at that time. I went out to my car to schedule another appointment on MyFirestone and then went back into the building and they showed no appointment for me. I do however like that I can pull my history up on MyFirestone .

I have been using MyFirestone for a while and found it useful in tracking my six vehicles. Until the last update. Now it incessantly tries to update vehicle information, prompts for restoring from backup every time I open it, and takes forever to open to record mileage data. Please fix it and I will restore my five-star rating. 😀

When displaying coupon offers, the dates on the coupons are overlaid on the text of the offer. Great app to see your service history, and finding a location near me though! How about an app for the Firestone card? Would really help to be able to access account info instead of waiting on hold for 5 minutes or more.

I just updated to the latest version and the UI is okay, however, it appears the mileage tracker portion in the old app has been removed. At least I can’t find it in the new version. This was one of the main features
I used and now it’s been removed.

I have emailed the developer and requested they add it back. We’ll see what happens.

MyFirestone makes my life so much easier. I can keep a log of my car records so that I don’t have to hold onto a folder of papers. I can book appointments for my car without having to call. So my benefits that save me time during my work day!

Though I’d use MyFirestone to set appointments and check my maintenance history and it is good for that, the main an most consistent reason I would use MyFirestone was to track my cars mpg. That feature doesn’t appear to be available at the latest update. Instead of using MyFirestone weekly I may now only use it ever 3+ months.

We’ve been taking our cars to Firestone for years and love the people and the store in Brentwood TN. MyFirestone makes it easy to see specials and keep my vehicle information in one place.

This is in reference to the latest update...I have been keeping track of my mileage for the past 2 years. Seeing how it improves with different routes and/or ethanol vs non-ethanol gasoline. Can’t find it in MyFirestone now. They just want to schedule appointments through it now. Then, when you show up they get snippy because they’re double booked. Apparently they don’t want my business anymore.

MyFirestone looks good and has some good concepts but the basic one to schedule an appointment doesn't really work. You go through several screens to schedule a specific date, time and type of service but you have to call the store directly on the phone to confirm it.
