How to fix Obedience app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Obedience app on iPhone
Update Obedience app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Obedience iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Obedience on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Obedience network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Obedience Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Obedience not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Obedience App
1. On android, goto Settings » Obedience » click [Force Stop]

Update Obedience to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Obedience App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Obedience » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Obedience.

Fix Obedience unable to contact server/ Obedience internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Obedience » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Obedience » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Obedience
