The new online ordering system is totally broken and unusable. Pretty pathetic for 2023. Who ever wrote the program should be fired. The old system worked just fine. Shame on all of you....

My Food Lion preferred store all of a sudden changed to 120 Roxboro Road Oxford NC 27565 and it will not allow me to update. Unable to clip coupons as well.

My Food Lion preferred store all of a sudden changed to 120 Roxboro Road Oxford NC 27565 and it will not allow me to update. Even when I log in from the web. Both myself, my friend and my brother's accounts are doing this. This is causing us to not be able to clip coupons as well. What's going on?

I have a Galaxy A13 phone. I have gotten a message that says the app is not compatible with my phone. This just started and I can no longer use the app. Why?

Won't let me download and install without updated new version. Then won't let me find the new updated version for my android phone. IPhone users can get app. Feel very discriminated against for having Android. When will problem for Android users get fixed?

No android update! Does not recognize my user and passwords. Cannot load my rewards for the month. It is very frustrating when you are a loyal shopper and need the coupons and shop and earn.

I have had problems lately when trying to check out the items in my cart. Now when I try to choose a pickup time it everything on the screen freezes.

Can not log in, change password still website hangs and fails to log me in, cannot activate monthly savings. Might have to switch to ALDI's or another store chain in the area.

Will not let me sign up for the app. I typed in the correct verification number that was texted to me, it would not accept. When I tried again, it would not accept my valid phone number.

The Food Lion app won't let me sign into my account. It says the email and password combo are incorrect, but I can sign in just fine on my laptop. I even tried updating/changing my password to no avail. What is the sense of this app if I can't even log in??? I have tried numerous times. Ugh!!!

My Food Lion app no longer shows any weekly specials. That started a few weeks ago. Also, I rarely get credit for my personalized coupons when I shop at the local store and have to go to Customer Service to get my money back. Any suggestions? Thanks

Worst app I have ever used. Currently can’t even do a pick up order because the app just refreshes itself over and over and over again never populating what I need. when I do manage to successfully do a pick up order the links they send me to review and rate have never worked. Not once. Clearly based on these complaints they are aware that the app has had issues for quite some time and don’t give a shit. Walmart pickup it is then.

Sometimes the app signs me in and mostly I hit to re enter everything including my zip. It used to use my Face ID, Now mostly nothing.

Keep getting redirected to double click.net when using. No issues with other apps on iPhone.

I’ve tried changing my password over 30 times. It won’t accept any password. I reached out to customer service over a month ago and they told me they couldn’t give me an answer when it will be fixed.

Can't log in. Says email and password combo doesn't match. I have reset password many times with the same results. Tried reusing a password and it says new password must be different. So it's getting the changes but still not letting me log in with the change. Very frustrating.

It won't me login into my account, I have tried to change my password it didn't work, I deleted it and it didn't work, I tried changing it to another email and didn't work? I little upset!

Please update your app. It is just spinning this morning! I have to reload this app every few days. Log in almost every time I use it. Please update this platform! It has so much potential!

Food lion app will not open..screen pops up saying "not working"

My Food Lion app has not been working consistently lately. When I tried to un-install & re-install, it doesn’t recognize me.

The Food Lion app is horrible! While they are shopping and making changes, I can be in the app to approve or reject any replacements but the screen just refreshes itself over and over and over again making it hard to approve or reject anything! Then when I get to the store and pull up the app to let them know I'm there, it always says "please open the app on your phone". I AM on my phone at that point. Then I have to call the store to let them know I'm there and a lot of times the phone is busy for so long that I have to go in and tell them or wait until I happen to see an employee outside. I'm handicapped so having to go in defeats the purpose of me ordering for pickup.

New to Foodlion app. It doesn't work in store, doesn't apply credit for MVP savings/ purchases.
