Keeps logging me out

Keeps saying something wrong and logging me out. Well played

Poor user experience

Can not believe such a big bank tolerates such a poorly developed app. Having that said it is also understandable, HSBC has been failing in many aspects, it is no harm to fail another time.

Worst banking app I have seen/used

This is absolutely the worst and primitive banking app I have ever used. Could not believe a bank would put out a system like this.

Doesn't work

The login button doesn't work after I enter my credentials.

Anyone else having this problem?!

You will know it immediately when you open SCChina.

Hard to use

Useless and very hard to use it.

so stupid app

没见过这么渣的银行app

根本无法登录，每次都是闪退，苹果11还是13都是。

Very limited

You can only basically view transactions, accounts and transfer money to pre-determined accounts. App is not optimized for plus-sized screens and does not show my credit cards. Not really that useful
