Close and restart the ESP app on iPhone
Update ESP app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve ESP network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix ESP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ESP app issues:

Force Stop the ESP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ESP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ESP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ESP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ESP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ESP.

Fix ESP unable to contact server/ ESP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ESP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ESP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ESP on android.
