- Minor roads disappear when zooming out, making it difficult to overview the road network

- Updates to maps are infrequent and not reflective of daily improvements to the source maps

- Lack of support from developers when contacted about issues

App does not sync across my two Ipads or phone. Any suggestions?

To resolve Pocket Earth PRO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pocket Earth PRO App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pocket Earth PRO » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pocket Earth PRO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pocket Earth PRO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pocket Earth PRO.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pocket Earth PRO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pocket Earth PRO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pocket Earth PRO
