- Maps don't update

- Image quality and resolution is poor

In Google Earth. Trying to open My Places on new computer. The My Places column is empty. I cannot access any of the files that I had created on my old computer (Windows 7). Computer shop suggested that I download the backup drive to this new computer (windows 10), no luck. Tried transferring KMZ and KML files directly. It worked but I have several thousand files to transfer and I am not sure they are all on the backup drive or if that is even the correct process. These files were accessible immediately when I opened Google Earth on my last computer when it was new and I was transitioning from the old one. How do I access my old MyPlaces files?

How to fix Google Earth app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Google Earth app on iPhone
Update Google Earth app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Google Earth iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Google Earth on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Google Earth network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Google Earth Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Google Earth not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Google Earth App
1. On android, goto Settings » Google Earth » click [Force Stop]

Update Google Earth to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Google Earth App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Google Earth » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Google Earth.

Fix Google Earth unable to contact server/ Google Earth internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Google Earth » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Google Earth » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Google Earth
