i just purchased the $9.99 topographical add on. Absolutely nothing changed. the map shows NO elevation or topography. Please refund me if there is no solution. thx

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pocket Earth Maps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pocket Earth Maps.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pocket Earth Maps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pocket Earth Maps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pocket Earth Maps
