Same as other user. "Internal Error: An unexpected error occured". Updated phone, turned it on/off, turned inreach on/off, unpaired, repaired, logged in, logged out and it doesnt work > I get an internal error when syncing via android earthmate app. I can see the inreach mini and even send messages via the app but the sync says "internal error".

horribly difficult to use and when inquiring thru customer service link re:frozen screen the auto reply is "sorry we cannot reply". from some crazy reason need to use several different sites/apps to operate and none work. wish i had known what a lousy setup/product this is prior to purchase, now im stuck with expensive non-working unit. garbage

Hai, i have bought an inreach mini 2 and want to use Earthmate. I subscribed and have a satellite subscription but I can’t log in because it says I have no access to earthmate abonnement. When I try to connect the displayed Garmin inreach it doesn’t work either. I do have connection with my phone and the inreach mini and I do have a account. Tried with a new log in but also not successful. We are leaving saterday for a big hike and need it working by then. Can you help me out? Best regards, Anique van Walsum
