I used to love AegeanAirlines. Now it’s the WORST for any airlines!! It just spins interminably and never comes up with an answer. I deleted and reinstalled - losing all my data and it STILL IS AWFUL!! Will delete and NEVER reinstall!!!!

This is the worst travel app I have ever used. I try to enter my booking number and it won’t load anything about my trip. AegeanAirlines constantly freezes and won’t let me leave screens.

Completely useless- AegeanAirlines tells you you have to be connected to the internet (when you are). It freezes. Basically it doesn’t work.

It’s horrible. The most worst apps ever, always stack and always you must put your fly detail to see your to see your check in. And after that you must wait a long time to see in the front page.

I cannot add my flights even though I have my confirmation number etc. and AegeanAirlines stays on the “add my flight” page and will not go back to the home screen. Totally worthless to use AegeanAirlines - it is broken!

If you want and can fly to your destination with a national id you can only get that option on the desktop website. Using AegeanAirlines only gives the option to add a passport number for check in.

When you switch apps to find the information you need to fill out anything in AegeanAirlines , it loses everything and starts over. It's much better to just use Safari to do anything rather than AegeanAirlines .

App crashes quite often, asks for login credentials all the time

Airline charges random fees for “Excess” weight in luggage. Six of us, checked in 2 pieces, got charged 35 Euros ($40) because one piece of luggage was 2kg overweight (25 instead of 23kg). Mind you, our total weight allowance was 6x23kg=138kg and we checked in 37kg total.

Trying very hard but when it comes to efficiency, zero!! Cannot check in, ever!! Always errors!! NEVER fixes! Sad!

Im trying to book a flight to Napoli but it’s doesn’t show on AegeanAirlines . I have to go through the desktop site to book. Dumb.

Love flying Aegean, but always run into bugs when trying to book flights through AegeanAirlines . Still a big fan of Aegean but please make it easier for us to book through mobile!

App is confusing to use and requires frequent re-logging in. My partner and I are on the same flights but with different confirmation numbers, I tried entering an extra trip for him but it didn’t seem to work, but it’s hard to tell for sure.

I love Aegean! AegeanAirlines used to work great for checking into flights. It’s now not working. When I tell it that I am a US citizen, it asks for an ID card. It doesn’t even give me the opportunity to use a passport. Please fix this new bug. This has never been a problem in the past.

Over all its a good app but the frequent freeze of AegeanAirlines or unresponsiveness should be looked at. Also a good idea would be if it would save our bookings instead of searching for it every time. Another things is that the airline states we can change our bookings but this is only possible from a computer web browser. We need to see more app independence from the site.

Aegean airlines is one of the worst airlines service wise. I would highly suggest you don't attempt to fly with them. They lost our luggage and the person on the phone refused to give us the customer care phone number. They said they only give it out on special circumstances.

Trying to register with Facebook, still prompts to fill in full registration info. Password fields are required, but AegeanAirlines won't let you type in them.

AegeanAirlines keeps asking for nationality even though it has already pre-filled the correct nationality on its own. However it doesn't let me proceed and gets stuck on the same page. Had to go on the web to check in for my flight. Useless app.
