Reference number 230910-000174 (Inactivated) Ύστερα από πολύωρη καθυστέρηση της πτήσης Α3123 SKG>ATH την 6 Σεπτεμβρίου 2023, χάσαμε την πτήση ΕΚ 104 ATH>DXB με αποτέλεσμα να διανυκτερεύσουμε στην Αθήνα, ύστερα από απόφαση της Customer Relations της AEGEAN και αποζημίωση 130 ευρώ per person. Με σχετικό αίτημά μου, υπέβαλα τα σχετικά δικαιολογητικά τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023, ήτοι Boarding Passes, payment to President Hotel of 222 Euros and taxi fares of 55,20 euros and 39.65 euros. I also included the Bank name, account Holder names, surname and permanent residence postal address. However, I never received any response from the Aegean. Can you kindly activate this transaction and make the payment into the account of Anastasios and Kalliope Tamis, of 53 Studley Road Ivanhoe, Melbourne, AUSTRALIA.
Am 28.03.2024 wurde der Flug Rhodos-München (Flight-No. A3 4376, 7 Uhr) wegen angeblichen schlechten Wetters gestrichen und erst am Folgetag, dem 29.03.2024 9 Uhr, nachgeholt. Damit war unsere Zugfahrkarte mit der Deutschen Bahn hinfällig geworden! Ich bitte Sie daher um Erstattung folgender Auslagen am 29. 03. 2024: 2 x 13,60 € (S-Bahnfahrt von Flughafen München nach München Hbf) + 1 x 274 € für München Hbf bis Erfurt Hbf für 2 Personen + 2 x 7, 30 € Erfurt Hbf bis Ilmenau = 315,80 €. Fails on app switching

When you switch apps to find the information you need to fill out anything in the app, it loses everything and starts over. It's much better to just use Safari to do anything rather than the app.
National ID check in

If you want and can fly to your destination with a national id you can only get that option on the desktop website. Using this app only gives the option to add a passport number for check in.
App does not work

I cannot add my flights even though I have my confirmation number etc. and the app stays on the “add my flight” page and will not go back to the home screen. Totally worthless to use this app - it is broken!
