How to fix FieldLevel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FieldLevel app on iPhone
Update FieldLevel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FieldLevel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FieldLevel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FieldLevel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FieldLevel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FieldLevel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FieldLevel App
1. On android, goto Settings » FieldLevel » click [Force Stop]

Update FieldLevel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FieldLevel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FieldLevel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FieldLevel.

Fix FieldLevel unable to contact server/ FieldLevel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FieldLevel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FieldLevel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FieldLevel
