Live TV just goes to recording screen and does not want to go back to channel selection
Replays of games from Big 10 network are jerky and difficult to watch. Eventually someone puts is on youtube, but it is disappointing to not be able to rewatch. It feels like it’s out of sync.

I renewed my subscription beginning yesterday 3/24 and 24 hours later I still cannot get Big 10 Plus. My Big10 Plus profile says I do not have any active subscriptions. I have tried to purchase it again, however, just as a test, and it says I am already subscribed. How do we fix this issue?
