Replays of games from Big 10 network are jerky and difficult to watch. Eventually someone puts is on youtube, but it is disappointing to not be able to rewatch. It feels like it’s out of sync.

Nebraska vs Michigan VB. camera work is terrible , out of focus and cameraman doesn’t know how to move the camera. This isn’t the only game this has happened! Terrible coverage!
App continues to crash. Can't get through a single game. Have restarted at least 10 times. Same result. This isn't the first time. Thinking of canceling. Why pay for an app that doesn't allow you to watch !!

I renewed my subscription beginning yesterday 3/24 and 24 hours later I still cannot get Big 10 Plus. My Big10 Plus profile says I do not have any active subscriptions. I have tried to purchase it again, however, just as a test, and it says I am already subscribed. How do we fix this issue?
