Golf GPS SwingU Status

Can't access Rowlands Castle Golf Club. Error (something went wrong)

After closing golf round on my I Phone, it still remains on my Apple Watch.

Won't pull up local courses

Keep getting you are not at or near hole error. Finds the golf course fine to start the round. Trying to start in the back nine.

App stopped working on apple watch when i looked at iphone app to estimate intermediate distance. Would not load on watch thereafter during round.

It will only give me a yardage to the middle of the green, the front and back yardage is just 3 dotted lines …… can I get some help with this

In the last three weeks, the SwingU app has become worthless. It recognizes which course I am on, but the distances are off by crazy amounts. A par three is showing distances over 1000 yards. The @00 often says, it appears you are not on this course. I have all the settings as per usual. I have been a premium meaner for years, but this is new. Amy help is greatly appreciated.

app works on wifi but not on outside, all my other apps work fine so phone signal is not the issue has always been fine but no longer working. has there been an update ?

The Swing U app seems to keep reopening and 'looking for a round' on my Apple watch, using up battery?

I love this app but once I have taken a call while playing the app on my iwatch stops working. Plse assist. Thx

SwingU has not functioned properly on my last 4-5 golf outings (same course). When I start out at hole #1, it gives a distance of 317 (which is not the actual distance to the flag) no matter where I stand (my phone is always in close proximity). When I take my shot and move to where my ball lands, the number 317 is still displayed, the hole # never changes, doesn't allow me to move to another screen w/in the app and this continues throughout the remainder of my game. I've tried everything that I can think of in terms of troubleshooting, including, powering on/off my Apple Watch as well as my iPhone. As a subscription holder, I would like to be able to use SwingU for the reasons that I subscribed to it so, with that being said, please provide me with a resolution to my issue in a timely manner, as I would like to use SwingU this afternoon. I got the message " Looks like you are not near the hole" when I was standing on the hole. It's running on an iPhone 11 with the latest iOS. It didn't work on hole #1, then worked fine for holes 2 through 8, then didn't work again for hole #9. I stopped using it after that and used my Garmin GPS watch instead. I was trying to use it on my Apple watch series 7 to replace my Garmin. Disappointed with the reliability of the app.

Keep getting message ‘Looks like you are not on or near a golf course’ when I’m right in the middle of the hole.

First of all, I really enjoy the SwingU app. But, today, I kept getting a warning message that read "Looks like you are not on or near this hole," when, in fact, I was. This has happened one or two other times. How can I correct this?

Issues saving my score card at the end of the round. Can't connect to server, but I can access all other internet app.
