It will only give me a yardage to the middle of the green, the front and back yardage is just 3 dotted lines …… can I get some help with this

In the last three weeks, the SwingU app has become worthless. It recognizes which course I am on, but the distances are off by crazy amounts. A par three is showing distances over 1000 yards. The @00 often says, it appears you are not on this course. I have all the settings as per usual. I have been a premium meaner for years, but this is new. Amy help is greatly appreciated.

SwingU has not functioned properly on my last 4-5 golf outings (same course). When I start out at hole #1, it gives a distance of 317 (which is not the actual distance to the flag) no matter where I stand (my phone is always in close proximity). When I take my shot and move to where my ball lands, the number 317 is still displayed, the hole # never changes, doesn't allow me to move to another screen w/in the app and this continues throughout the remainder of my game. I've tried everything that I can think of in terms of troubleshooting, including, powering on/off my Apple Watch as well as my iPhone. As a subscription holder, I would like to be able to use SwingU for the reasons that I subscribed to it so, with that being said, please provide me with a resolution to my issue in a timely manner, as I would like to use SwingU this afternoon. I got the message " Looks like you are not near the hole" when I was standing on the hole. It's running on an iPhone 11 with the latest iOS. It didn't work on hole #1, then worked fine for holes 2 through 8, then didn't work again for hole #9. I stopped using it after that and used my Garmin GPS watch instead. I was trying to use it on my Apple watch series 7 to replace my Garmin. Disappointed with the reliability of the app.

First of all, I really enjoy the SwingU app. But, today, I kept getting a warning message that read "Looks like you are not on or near this hole," when, in fact, I was. This has happened one or two other times. How can I correct this?
