Doesn’t stay connected
We have several Redlink Modem's and Honeywell Thermostats connected that continue to have issues going off line. We determined that there was an issue with one redlink modem due to its age and and continual communication errors and replaced it. Once online we were able to immediately connect all of the thermostats and sensors. Within a couple of hours we started seeing the Thermostats not connected to the internet. Is there a range issue that could be causing this or maybe a bad router, we just need to get a solution so we can control them again.
