2018 Ram Limited.....The uconnect system has been jumping from screen to screen continually especially when using Navigation. So I purchased the update and map since i thought maybe that was the problem. When watching the update to the map i can now see what is happening. The Spacebar function seems to be stuck and you can watch the system continually enter the spacebar by itself and then jumps around on all the screens. And i mean all the screens and even the radio. Please Help.

2021 Jeep Cherokee ..Had about 3 monthe sna it stopped working, radio changing channels - co controls working - B/U camera coming and off. Called and carried by the dealer and they reset,. I assume.Since then it has done the same 3 times..They replaced/fixed something and now the screen will not control the heater functions and the cisual is all wrong..
Hi, I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, The Uconnect will boot up and shut down every 10 seconds, it's fine first thing in the morning and from then on it just starts and stops continuously not even the reversing camera will work, Has anyone else had this problem and what is the fix for it? Cheers
When I go to the update site and fill in my serial number i get 3 dots while it is thinking and then it goes back to the enter your Serial number screen. supposed to be a pop up with my download instructions. Called Uconnect and was told there is an update for my truck 1C6RR7NT3HS560564, but i can't get it. was told to go to the dealer they want to charge me a diagnostic fee to look at it.
Uconnect app won’t load says “Uconnect is having trouble accessing the network, please wait.” Worked fine for the last 6 yrs now the app is useless
I have had my Dodge Ram since April 2020. Just started having trouble this past month or so w/my radio constantly re-loading/switching stations. Sometimes, I can't even turn the volume down. Now, this past week, it is not allowing voice recognition for phone calls. If I manually call out on my phone, it will connect to U-connect. I pray none of my other systems go down.

I’ve had my UConnect since I bought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk (cost me $65k) and now I can’t even use the locator or the Off-Road Pages. What is going on? I buy a yearly subscription every time my subscription comes up for renewal and it doesn’t work. What am I paying for? The UConnect store doesn’t work in my Jeep either. So now what? I’ve read that UConnect started eliminating vehicles from their service with no warning. Is this what’s happening with my Jeep?
I can't connect to UConnect. I can't repair UConnect by uninstalling and re-installing. The app keeps telling me there's a Connectivity Issue. I've had my truck for a month and have yet to use any of this. Your software isn't good. Needs a ton of work. Judging by the lack of responses to the previous complaints, I'm guessing you don't care since you got my $48K. I just thought I'd try.
UConnect App will not even load and then after awhile it just says “request timed out”. I haven’t even been able to log in.

I have a 2012 Jeep Rubicon 4-Door in addition I have a I-Phone 13 Pro that it took for ever to load App on phone, then it finally loaded but I was unable to set-up an account. It just spun and spun. I have done all the restart phone, delete app & reloaded it, I called local Jeep Dealership-took phone to T-Mobile etc.. Nothing worked. Please advise..... Kevin Burr kburr58@redacted

I have a subscription since 2016. The app does not work. I have to cancel the app and download again. It works for one day. When I take a trip, I have a message from Uconnect on my iPhone at the end of said trip. I open the message but only the blue screen appears. Nothing else. It's frustrating.
Almost since I've owned the vehicle in 2020, the connection will randomly drop even thought it is hooked up with the cable. Uconnect will have the screen asking if I want to connect the phone. If I unplug the cord and plug it back in will help on occasion. It seems to progressively get worse and if I'm on a long trip. It may drop and not come back unless I restart the car. It appears to be completely random and I am rarely doing anything other than driving when it drops. It will randomly come back and most of the time it does. Unfortunately it can drop when I need the map/directions so this can be quite impactful and is more bothersome than just losing it when listening to a favorite podcast.
