Mercedes me connect app has crashed 100 times. The Mercedes dealership has no idea how to fix the problem. The Mercedes me connect 800 # tells you that a supervisor will call but they never do. Mercedes knows that they have this problem yet they charged each of there customers $150 for a product does not work. They should put out a TSB

Looks like I am having the same issue with the app as everyone else, but is MB coming up with a fix? The App in my old Audi word flawlessly, the MB app is just frustrating.
My Mercedes and Me app is not synching. Has been working fine. Has not updated info for 4 days. I deleted the app and reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Nothing changed.
2022 EQS purchased in January me connect worked until October 2022. Crashed. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times once I sign in it works once and then does not open again. Cannot open or work any function in the app after one use. Also stopped charging when plugged in to the car usb c outlet. Iphone 12 will charge on regular charging lightning plug but not when hooked up to the car.
The app will send a message every once in a while saying the car is running and unlocked or just a message that the car is unlocked. Neither of which are true.
For a long time, could not remote start but all other remote services worked. Now all of a sudden I call up the app, it says vehicle status update not available and was last updated from car one year ago (which is not correct). Tried going online to see if needed to turn something back on, as when I looked before said currently not available to check on this. However could not find any changes needed. Not sure what else to do.

I fixed the Mercedes me connect throwing me out and no logging me in. I ran all of the recommended fixes and nothing worked for the app. I figured it's got to be the phone. I ran a troubleshooter program and it said that a program was running in the background that was draining my battery. Next, I identified the program and found out how to force stop the background app without deleting it. Went into Mercedes me connect app and boom, it was working again. My problem was the background app was interfering with the connection.
App keeps crashing on startup. NOTE: Phone (Pixel 6) just updated to Android 13 and this is first time I've tried to start the app since that update.

I then get the error message 'Mercedes me connect keeps stopping'. I have installed and reinstalled the latest version of the software.

Suddenly mercedes me connect crashes. As soon as I open the app the android screen reverses back to the android main screen.

When I try to login, I get System Error. I have tried phone hard reset, clearing phone and app cache, app force stop, reinstalling the app, etc. It seems that app ver 3.0.7 is broken. Any idea when that will be fixed and pushed to Google Play?
I tried 3 different browsers to renew (pay) my Mercedes me connect service two weeks ago. When I process the payment, the website showed SyntaxError: "undefined" is not valid JSON. I called Customer Assistance Center 3 times. They still not solved the software bugs after 2 weeks :(
Me Mercedes had been working fine for a long time- then suddenly early 2022, the car didn't seem to have internet connection to sync with app. AMG GT 53 2020 (located in Canada) . ME is clearly stated on my entertainment screen, Looked into profile in car, online to see if new legal terms were needed to accept. deleted app and re-installed. made sure my IOS was up to date. Only 6 of the 31 available services seem to be activated. excluding remote start, door locks, car location .... in my me portal, it says that the services are pending to install. Contacted dealer (didnt know what to do) , contacted MB support... they opened a case and sent me to the dealer. They send them instructions on how to fix it. Issues with logging to the app. I was told to delete the app from my phone and reinstall, now the app will not reinstall.
As of 6/26/2022: Vehicle status no longer updating. It used to work fine. then it was gone completely, now is updating with stale data. The car was driven yesterday yes the last status is from 12 days ago. Will unlock doors but not lock again. when unlocked it still shows as locked. Will Remote start. The February map update for my region took a long time to install, (over a month) and finally shows as finished in the app. Trip data not updating. Shows fuel level 25% and 86 mile range yet the tank is full as of last Friday.
Can not use any features on the app. No remote start, no locate etc. just called for the 10th time, told maybe is areas I am in. I have tried many areas, NYC out of state. She said maybe you know electronics..well I do! But I also want a warm car on a cold day!!!!!
