Since last update on iPhone app suite does not connect. Phone does connect via Bluetooth. I have iPhone 13 pro max and it worked before latest update

Entune iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Entune app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Entune app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Entune app on iPhone
Update Entune app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Entune iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Entune on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Entune network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Entune Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Entune not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Entune app issues:

Force Stop the Entune App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Entune app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Entune to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Entune App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Entune app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Entune.

Fix Entune unable to contact server/ Entune internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Entune » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Entune » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Entune on android.
