My dstv app doesn't open on my tv, just a blank screen. I have tried to reboot, clear cache, uninstall and re-install, everything but no luck. I'm very frustrated, please help me

Hi,when i watch sabc News on channel 103 or on 404 it freezes after a few minutes. it is not as bad on the Movie Channels. i watch via the DSTV App on my Smart TV.,without Decoder.and on a 100mbps fibre Liene Everything else,like Netflix and Youtube works fine. Please help.Thank you.....Peter
