Useless and costly. Wasting manpower to sit and wait for tips to come is a waste of taxpayers dollars. If there was a way for the tips to automatically be routed instead, it would make sense. The first tips that came in didn't even apply to us and were useless to our department. Waste, waste and more waste!

I do like CloseWatchHarrisCounty and like that it sends me alerts, however when I receive them I only get a part of the alert and it gets cut off. It's a bit frustrating

Probably the worst app I downloaded. It is very confusing to use, loading data forever and once there is a video thumbnail on the screen this weird option drop down is always overlayed by that video. Currently useless.

Great idea but done poorly. App is clunky with little tiny arrows to advance. No swipe? You must register (why?) to get alerts. Poor functionality - example: the wizard for the tour of CloseWatchHarrisCounty asks yes/no questions but the answer buttons don't have that as a choice.

I tried my best to use CloseWatchHarrisCounty including downloading it, restarting it, and downloading it again. It does not work at all. It freezes, glitches the screen, and is unusable.

I ask CloseWatchHarrisCounty to send me a registration code to my cellphone and email but not success. Need to be fixed.
