I tried to use the location-based check in. It resulted in me sitting in the waiting room for 20 min only to be scolded for not checking in. They could fit me in so we had to reschedule. Thanks this app…

Since the last update to epic and the my this app feature, i can’t get the info for my kids to load. I can access it all when I enter my portal through the this app website, but when I try to access it through WellSpan I get a server error and it won’t let me do anything. It’s just the proxy accounts that seem to be the problem.

Every time I try to look at my information it brings me to other websites to sign in, I already made an account, why does it want me to make another one? I can’t even make another one cause it asks me for all the account numbers I don’t have. You guys need to fix this.

Most of the links go directly to the website so I’m not sure why I won’t just start there. There doesn’t really seem to be any functionality that makes WellSpan any easier or more convenient than going to the website.

Sure you can select payment method, you can even enter your payment information. But then there is NO SUBMIT BUTTON! Come on developers and programmers, this is basic UI. Why have the user enter this information only to have two options “BACK” or “CANCEL”. Fix this.

Setting up WellSpan was easy, but now it won't retrieve my info, (though I can see it loaded in the background). Anyone else experiencing the same?

If a user wants to send a text message to a doctor, it should be available right there up front.

WellSpan is completely useless. None of my important patient info is on it. No diagnosis, allergies, nothing. It even shows phone numbers that were never mine. Nothing about WellSpan is useful.

WellSpan would be great if I was able to view and do everything I can from a regular computer!! Hope it can be changed to do that and than it would be 5 stars!!!
