No proxy info

Since the last update to epic and the my WellSpan feature, i can’t get the info for my kids to load. I can access it all when I enter my portal through the WellSpan website, but when I try to access it through the app I get a server error and it won’t let me do anything. It’s just the proxy accounts that seem to be the problem.
Billing feature is completely broken

Sure you can select payment method, you can even enter your payment information. But then there is NO SUBMIT BUTTON! Come on developers and programmers, this is basic UI. Why have the user enter this information only to have two options “BACK” or “CANCEL”. Fix this.
