Was trying to check in online 24 hours before my flight from Sevilla to Barcelona with a final destination to JFK. Tried many times on the app so that I could pay cheaper to check in two bags. Kept getting an error message. Then I tried a few times online, both last night and this morning, day of flight. Kept getting a message that said “my reservation doesn’t exist”. So made us panic. We get to the airport, explain the situation. Ticket agent finds my reservation and says “sorry, I can’t do anything about it, you have to pay $350 Euros”. I proceed to show her the app that still doesn’t work and again she says “not my problem. Can’t do anything”. Has anyone ever had a similar experience? I don’t know what to do other than complain. I have proof that app and website wasn’t working. I took screenshots. Thank you.
Need to speak to someone re booking, have no code to do it on vueling app. Tried ringing customer number cannot get thru. Is it possible for someone to ring me on 07922241426 please, need this ASAP. Thanks
I have downloaded the app but am unable to sign up
Last two days the Vueling app and website refuse to allow new signups citing "connection down try a few minutes later" or something along those lines. How can this airline work. Very worried as I fly tomorrow
