I get a “generic error” and have been unable to place a deposit. I reported it over 1 MONTH AGO and have no progress on fixing it.
If you are going to stop have account reps and forcing customers to use IDEAL the you are responsible to make IDEAL work .
Sad . Not the “ best bank”.

Worst UX ever

There's no digital token on DBSIDEAL at all. The ads on DBSIDEAL and what's in it are totally different.

All the fanfare. But I was unable to get digital token set up "failed to get device hash"

Useless. Errors. Doesn't work. App support link just takes you to a generic DBS page. Also useless.

After updating DBSIDEAL keeps saying SSL ERROR and is unable to function. Had no issue w the prior version.

DBSIDEAL is terrible. Poorly designed. Approval of transactions require switching back and forth between app and sms. This is literally the worst banking app I have ever used.

I have updated DBSIDEAL and still not working! My iOS version is 17.4.1! Please, correct it!

I have an iPhone 11 with latest iOS. DBSIDEAL doesn't open. In order to use I need to delete DBSIDEAL and re install. Happened a few times now in a row. DBS, please fix!

App is crashing always - not able to use the banking services effectively and the customer service is also very poor .

DBSIDEAL is buggy and instructions for finding simple things like eStatements are unclear and ineffective.

I will be moving my money somewhere else and encourage you to do so, too.

I reported that overseas mobile number doesn’t work. DBS replied it works. Today I had a chance to approve. Still it didn’t work. DBS, if you read this, please fix the problem first and respond instead of just repeating the same answer that it works blindly.

DBSIDEAL is slow, it makes my iPhone 12 Pro hot while running, has a keyboard with massive delay and most annoying of all, every 2-3 days it forgets my username and password. With the latest update, I need to log back in, rurn on the Face ID sign in (which triggers a flood of emails from DBS). Then a couple of days later I have to do this again! :(

New interface/redesigned app has more clicks, is more confusing, and contains less relevant info. I can’t find one thing I like about it.

Hey guys. I depend on DBSIDEAL to manage my business transactions. And it refuses to work after I updated my iPhone to iOS 12. Please fix it immediately. Thanks
