How to fix EmployeeXperience app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EmployeeXperience app on iPhone
Update EmployeeXperience app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EmployeeXperience iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EmployeeXperience on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EmployeeXperience network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EmployeeXperience Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EmployeeXperience not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EmployeeXperience App
1. On android, goto Settings » EmployeeXperience » click [Force Stop]

Update EmployeeXperience to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EmployeeXperience App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EmployeeXperience » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EmployeeXperience.

Fix EmployeeXperience unable to contact server/ EmployeeXperience internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EmployeeXperience » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EmployeeXperience » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
