Dext is running slow publishing to Xero, and loading emailed in invoices Is there a problem?
Invoices temporarily load into inbox then disappear with no action. Keep trying to upload them, stay on for a few seconds, then error.
I am loading Invoices into dext and they that they are successful - However thy never make it to processing Although screen say they are in there
I have published bills for one of my clients on Friday. 15 July 2022 It still not reflect in their xero file as of today. 18 July 2022 How long will this take?
Similar to other issues post here. We are using iphone (IOS) to take photos of receipts. Says documents "in processing" then they just disappear off the screen leaving no trace. This is a real pain, the app has been unreliable in two different business that I do admin for today. It has wasted a lot of time. The service is so expensive to use I would expect it works all the time. Support is non-existent too. Disappointed.
says documents have uploaded and are going to processing and then the "in processing" tab shows 0 documents and they never arrive in the inbox! has been doing this for a couple days but mysteriously working for some documents.

Uploading on android app and just dissappears tried troubleshoot the usual uninstall also tried clearing cache and data please any help is appreciated
Dext not working - says QBO subscription not active, but it quite alive and active. Doing for about 95% of account in Dext linked to QBO.
