Passport malfunctions most of the time and especially when you search for a know restaurant on the program. Having been a member since years ago, Passport causes the most inconvenience. I have to delete and reload numerous times. Sometimes it does not recognize either of my valid card number!

Went to restaurant that this app said would give 20% off , after the bill we wrote the this app number and they said they don’t offer the abs there is no way to get in contact with this app support there is no number no email nothing !!!! Don’t trust Passport !!!

Passport normally works okay but since the update last week, it crashes every time I search for something. I have to manually type in the entire name and can’t select anything from the auto-populating drop-down menu or it crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling Passport and still have the same problem. Please fix!

Just switched to the mobile card option and am frustrated that there is no Apple Wallet support. Passport is clunky and has a poor interface. You’d think Passport was a prime candidate to show up in Wallet for easy access. But instead you have to hunt down the business and show what looks like a fake card. Wish I’d stayed with the physical card option instead.

Passport has the horrible habit of logging me out randomly for no reason. It doesn’t save my this app “card number.” So half the time when I go to use it, I’ve been logged out with no access to the discount codes. I wind up paying full price at restaurants that I only went to because I thought I’d be getting a discount.

I don’t understand why such an app has to be unusable. I can see it is a non native app that needs to connect to the internet all the time, but is that really necessary?

Every time I need to use Passport for a discount, I and my guests have to wait for well over 10 seconds for discounts to load. In a grocery line, it is worse having to wait for it to load.

At least cache the card image so I can quickly pull it up even when offline. Why does it have to be an experience like school kids designed Passport ?

Yesterday I went to a restaurant and wanted to use the this app deal. I didn’t have my card with me but showed Passport , my card number and deal to the restaurant and they could not find a way to redeem the offer through app. I just don’t understand how I cannot use Passport to the deal in this digital age. This is just ridiculous. If this app dining team is adding new restaurants to their portfolio, they should also teach the restaurants how to use it and make sure that customers can use it. Please fix this!!

Passport is horrible but we use it for the great discounts. When trying to search the results are NEVER clear. The new look in the last several months made it 10x worse. They must think only about their advertisers and never about the actual users. Really too bad!

Passport experience is terrible- the search sometimes comes up empty even though it shouldn’t (the desktop doesn’t), and searching all is unbelievably slow, I always end up canceling it. They should just build a working mobile website.

That said, the card itself is worth it for a few select restaurants in my local area.

Almost every single image has a 404 error.

I’d like to be able to blacklist merchants — I have no interest in the apartment rental deals offered at a dozen locations by a certain management company when I’m already locked in to a multi-month (or year) contract; ditto for gym memberships.

I registered my new card online then downloaded Passport as suggested. Passport asked for first 6 digits of card and email in order to log in. However, the first field for digits does not accept any entries and with the email only entered, I am unable to log in and use Passport . Exploring the alternative methods did not help. I have no way of using Passport . I am going to stop using the card and revert back to Apple rewards card.

The UI seems like a cheap website that has been outfitted to look like an app. I cannot find relevant deals immediately. Navigating he app feels like I’m agent 007 carefully tiptoeing over moving lasers and tripwires that will launch unwanted ads.

I was excited to download and use the benefits of Passport and I think it’s great that a mobile app was made for convenient searching and usage of the benefits. However, Passport is absolutely slow. Using the search feature is the ultimate test of patience. I highly, highly suggest optimizing Passport for speed, and redesigning it for mobile experience. It took me a while to navigate and understand how to use the benefits. It feels very much like an old website trying to fit itself for a small screen. Mobile apps work very differently, not just for navigation but its whole design and architecture. Hopefully the devs are working on this...

I don’t understand why the card has to be locked deep down somewhere, I have to open Passport and that takes some 20 seconds. Followed by a search which takes another 20 seconds and finally look for use a card. This all should be done in less than 10 seconds. My suggestions are either cut down this animations which have no use and make it fast, or make the card available in the home screen or let the users add it to their wallet for easy access. Passport is super slow and I’ve been using for over an year and still can’t believe it hasn’t been improved...

As far as goods and services I have no complaints. I have used the benefits often and not one issue anywhere. The food benefit is by far the best feature and I have saved a lot of money. The newest update says it’s missing and won’t update; maybe they discovered the old was better. No scams found from my four history using the card.

I wasn't sure if the restaurant would accept it and half expected them to reject this, but it worked great! I asked the waitress, she said restaurant would honor it and bam! 20% off the total bill!

I look forward to using this again,this opens up a lot of more fun experiences that might otherwise be just a bit too pricey

I am member with this app Unlimited for years and Passport works wonderfully for me.

I can see around me all discounts or special offers that I am interested in and use them. Sometimes the restaurants do not meet my expectations but that’s just the restaurant not Passport or the company. I can give feedback to the restaurant and they do whatever improvements they would like.

It’s super easy to use and navigate. I love the map so o can see the offers around me. Runs fast and doesn’t use lot of space or battery.

All and all I like Passport and it’s helpful for me.

I gotta disagree with some of the below but to each their own. I think Passport is very easy to use and it’s nice taking advantage of my membership and seeing what deals are around. Good experience so far!

This membership pays for itself just by dining at a this app restaurant 5 times during the year. The best part is you can use it over and over as many times as you like. I like using Passport to find deals when I’m out and about!

So many restaurants and awesome vendors to get an incentive to try out. It is awesome to know that this app curates their content based on recommendations from users. With the pandemic spots are offering take-out incentives, and services that can help me navigate life in the pandemic.
