How to fix Passport app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Passport app on iPhone
Update Passport app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Passport iPhone app

To resolve Passport network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Passport app issues:

Force Stop the Passport App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Passport app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Passport to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Passport App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Passport app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Passport.

Fix Passport unable to contact server/ Passport internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Passport » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Passport » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Passport on android.
