During my first visit to Stockholm, I had to order food delivery to my hotel due to work commitments. foodora indicated that my order was delivered, but the hotel staff never received it. When I reached out to the Help Center, I received a generic response that seemed like a template, claiming that my issue was a "recurring one" and that a refund could not be issued. This response was nonsensical since it was my first-ever order with the service. Clearly, no investigation was conducted.

Believing it might be a bug, I ended the conversation and initiated a new one. However, I received the exact same automated response repeatedly, without any chance to explain my situation. Eventually, I connected with a real person who seemed to be looking into the issue but ultimately gave me the same response. The representative's attitude was dismissive and rude, stating, "we will not change our decision to issue a refund."

This experience has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and resolution from the company.

I clicked on a restaurant near me for a pickup order. The map instead loaded a different restaurant (Same chain, different location) and then sent the pickup order to a restaurant 45 minutes away.

this app customer service refuses to take responsibility for this issue, even though I have been able to replicate the error on multiple devices. The customer service department states that it is not their responsibility to ensure that the locations of restaurants on their own maps actually correspond to the locations of real restaurants.

Use another service.

You switched to a new app, and the new app requests to send an SMS code before I can place an order. However, now this new app does NOT work with non-Swedish phone numbers. The older version of foodora worked just fine with my non-Swedish phone.

What the hell is wrong with you guys? You introduced a new app with less features and completely took a loyal customer like me, out???

This is literally the absolute worst food delivery service I have used in my entire life. I travel a lot and have different apps for each country but this one wins the first price of being useless! Most orders I have placed have been late by at least 90 min that is if it’s not canceled. I live in the city and order from nearby restaurants. Save yourself from the headache, use another service or even pick it up it’ll be much faster!

There are 5 different login options in foodora , and not a single one of them works.

Login through Google, Facebook and Apple fails with an error, as does sending an SMS while logging in with a phone number. The “magic link” in the email opens to the browser instead of foodora .

As such, there is absolutely no way to log into foodora . Very frustrating experience, do not recommend.

I’ve had my order on ”less than 5 minutes” for an hour now. Also that the statuses never changes from ”has received your order” until it’s done is very bad, as well as the wording when an order has been picked up. ”Budet har precis hämtat upp”, even after 20 minutes in this status? I think you don’t understand the meaning of ”precis hämtat upp”. And why not show more progress than these two statuses? Look at Uber Eats or Doordash and improve please. Not using this service again when no decent estimates exists.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used the customer service is terrible and so beyond unhelpful I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (or better to say lack of) that I received. I have tried everything to verify a phone number, I did the same thing as the person next to me yet somehow theirs works and mine doesn’t. I can’t believe someone was able to open a business with such a horrid application to go with it. I have used every other food delivery service in multiple countries and never have I run into one that is so useless.

foodora itself is actually pretty good. If foodora wasn’t as good as it is I’d give it a 1 star.
The service is mediocre.
The customer service is horrible. Do not order from places that have their own delivery you may not get it or it’ll be cold, and you’ll end up paying full price for something you didn’t get or is substandard.

Spent time checking out menu and fill up cart just to find an error occurred when I press order. So I ordered from another app instead that always works. This happens half of the time when I ordered. Pretty annoying
