I put 1/5 because you can’t put 0/5 while that’s what this app deserves. I have never had an order without any problem ! The order is always late, cold, destroyed, item missing or cancelled without any reason and there is no way to join the customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP because they don’t care about their customers and just want to take their money !
No refund or voucher for cold food.
Hej jag skapade mitt konto för första gången dec 4 för att jag skulle beställa pizza till mina föräldrar. Laddade ner appen för att man fick rabatt och jag har redan Uber eat.
Fick aldrig rabatten för man behövde skriva in den och jag trodde det drogs automatiskt på första ordern. Nu handlade jag igen och försökte nyttja koden då står det först att jag behövde lägga till mer varor för minsta är 150 kr, la till produkter… Sen stog det att jag inte är ny kund och inte kan använda den.
Så dåligt. Jag slösa massa tid och känner mig lurad.
I don’t know who has created their website or their app which is a web-app masqueraded as a mobile-app, but whomever is on the dev team, needs to learn some basic computer science before pushing their code to production. The authentication service (including login and reset password) is broken most of the time, the location deception is extremely flawed as it often shows me restaurants that aren’t close to me at all and doesn’t show me the ones that are literally one block away. The listings are seldom accurate as I’ve had multiple occasions of the restaurant telling me that an item I ordered did not exist on their menu at all. Need I say more?
I’d you cannot logo in, you cannot order. So the app being broken on that front 9 out of 10 times, is a total disaster that doesn’t seem to be a high priority to the dev team because they are busy adding features you don’t really need (like login using Facebook!!!)
