During my first visit to Stockholm, I had to order food delivery to my hotel due to work commitments. The app indicated that my order was delivered, but the hotel staff never received it. When I reached out to the Help Center, I received a generic response that seemed like a template, claiming that my issue was a "recurring one" and that a refund could not be issued. This response was nonsensical since it was my first-ever order with the service. Clearly, no investigation was conducted.
Believing it might be a bug, I ended the conversation and initiated a new one. However, I received the exact same automated response repeatedly, without any chance to explain my situation. Eventually, I connected with a real person who seemed to be looking into the issue but ultimately gave me the same response. The representative's attitude was dismissive and rude, stating, "we will not change our decision to issue a refund."
This experience has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and resolution from the company.

I clicked on a restaurant near me for a pickup order. The map instead loaded a different restaurant (Same chain, different location) and then sent the pickup order to a restaurant 45 minutes away.
Foodora customer service refuses to take responsibility for this issue, even though I have been able to replicate the error on multiple devices. The customer service department states that it is not their responsibility to ensure that the locations of restaurants on their own maps actually correspond to the locations of real restaurants.
Use another service.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used the customer service is terrible and so beyond unhelpful I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (or better to say lack of) that I received. I have tried everything to verify a phone number, I did the same thing as the person next to me yet somehow theirs works and mine doesn’t. I can’t believe someone was able to open a business with such a horrid application to go with it. I have used every other food delivery service in multiple countries and never have I run into one that is so useless.
