Terrible service. Rocket delivered 1 dish instead of 2 ordered. Already 2 weeks passed and they did not return money that were charged. Moreover, I don’t see history of my conversation with their support. I wrote a ticket and before I saw their answer, they already closed it 😫
Also there was a delay with the delivery. Highly not recommend. Zero customer service.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Incredibly slow and they barely speak english. My order is more than one hour late and customer support is not responding.

The chat feature doesn’t work. The whole thing just goes blank and won’t let you see what the other person is typing.

Courier can’t find me always and orders wrong mostly. Terrible customer service. Cant communicate with courier via text. Glovo is so much better

When I opened RocketTastyFoodDeliveryApp I got an alert that RocketTastyFoodDeliveryApp had pasted from Twitter - I take that to mean that they accessed my clipboard without my permission. I installed via an ad on Instagram not Twitter, and regardless of where I installed it, RocketTastyFoodDeliveryApp should not be using my clipboard to track me. This happened before RocketTastyFoodDeliveryApp even prompted me for my permission to be tracked (which of course I rejected). IMO RocketTastyFoodDeliveryApp should be removed from the store until they correct this issue and delete all the tracking profiles using improperly gathered information.

But in the meantime, I’ll leave this here because the lack of commitment to improving their payment options is lacking. Listening is one thing, taking action and doing something about it is another. Rocket can be another Ukrainian company that doesn’t care about their customers or they can stand out. 3 stars reflects their current standing. I’ll add the two stars when they finally accept AmEx.

The application doesn’t allow you to edit or cancel order after submit, which is frustrating. Also, support cannot do the refund as well.
