I have been logged out of my account on ComfirstCU 6 TIMES. Then the people at this bank can’t put information in correctly so my login is messed up each time I go to relogin. I don’t recommend this bank to anyone!

The reason for my 1-star rating is because ComfirstCU is sooo laggy & REALLY needs a modern day upgrade ASAP!!! It takes forever to load or do anything and sometimes I just end up giving up. It seems to be behind as well in some features that other banks offer for an even more user-friendly UI. I’m the kind of person who likes to get in, get out and everything smooth running! When I can drive across town to the bank before I’m able to login, you know there’s a problem and it’s not the user!

It’s taking some time to get used to. I’m not sure I like it. I was happier with the old way. it’s kind of startling. But I love your credit union and I wouldn’t change for anything, and I keep trying to get people to change over to you, but people are set in their ways just like me wanting the old.:-)

The entire online experience has been upgraded with a faster platform; simplified Remote Deposit and Bill Pay; easy access to account information; and biometric login.
I had some tech problems on the old version of ComfirstCU but tech support worked with me through my (very complex situation) and helped immensely. I love the bank and while I am more neutral about ComfirstCU it has never given me a reason to be upset.
I like how easy it is for me to check accounts, view statements and make transfers. Due to reports about security on iOS, I stopped using the deposit feature. Since this is an iOS issue and not due to ComfirstCU , I still gave it 5 stars.
REQUEST: I would like it if I could collect and export monthly history for longer than 12 months. I recommend 18 or 24.
